Managed Linux hosting, without the fuss.
A small managed service provider. We set up your servers, keep them patched and monitored, and pick up the phone when something needs attention.
Common things we run for clients
What we do
The usual managed-hosting work.
Nothing fancy. The day-to-day server work that has to happen for things to keep running.
Server setup
We provision and configure Linux servers on the cloud or hardware of your choice, and keep them maintained.
Monitoring
Basic health and resource monitoring so we notice problems before you do — or at least around the same time.
Updates & patching
Regular OS and package updates on a schedule we agree on, with sensible defaults if you'd rather not think about it.
Networking
Firewalls, VPN, DNS and TLS — the boring connectivity work that needs to be done correctly.
Backups
Scheduled backups to off-site storage, with occasional restore tests so we know they actually work.
Support
Email and chat support for the things you'd otherwise Google at 11pm. We answer during business hours.
How it works
How we work with clients.
No ticket portals or escalation tiers. You message us, a person replies, the work gets done.
You send us a message
Email or chat works. Tell us what you need — a new server, a change, or something that's broken.
We pick it up
Someone who knows your setup reads it, asks if anything is unclear, and starts working on it.
We tell you what we did
Short write-up of what changed, so you have a record and we both stay on the same page.
Servers
Servers we offer.
VPS and dedicated machines in EU datacenters. Managed by us, billed monthly, no long commitments. Bring your own cloud account too if you prefer.
Locations: Frankfurt (fra1), Helsinki (hel1).
Management fee included in the price.

FAQ
Things people usually ask.
- Which Linux distributions do you work with?
- Mostly Ubuntu LTS and Debian. We're comfortable with Rocky and Alma too. Anything more exotic — ask us first.
- Do you provide the hardware or cloud account?
- Either. You can bring your own Hetzner, OVH, AWS or similar account, or we can set things up for you and bill it through.
- What hours do you cover?
- Business hours, Monday to Friday, Central European Time. We don't currently offer 24/7 coverage.
- Can you take over servers we already have?
- Usually yes. We start with a short audit, document what's there, and then take over maintenance.
- How do you handle access?
- Personal SSH keys per engineer, no shared accounts, no passwords floating around in chat.
